Our Story
The company was founded by Claudio Ombrella and David Bracciale who worked together for more than 20 years at the multinational American company Autodesk in Neuchâtel.
They recently decided to merge the different skills and talents to found Digilac Sàrl with the objective to support small, medium and large organizations to solve the modern business problems like process digitalization, agile development, ITSM and more.
Digilac offices are located at Microcity, the Innovation Pole in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. Microcity accelerates innovation with important partnerships like the EPFL – Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, the CSEM and others.

Claudio Ombrella
Claudio Ombrella was born in Rosario, Argentina. He worked 27 years at Autodesk in a number of different information technologies roles.
In 2007 he launched a Jira and Confluence pilot program with 30 people: the outstanding results led the program continue and implement the systems to a total of 8,000 people in the company. Currently Claudio is a certified Atlassian professional and he has been speaker in 3 occasions at the Atlassian summits.
Claudio graduated as Systems Analyst from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and holds a postgraduate in Communication Networks from EPFL – the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, Switzerland. In 1996, during his postgraduate, Claudio and his fellow colleague Erne Jonas implemented the HTML compression for browsers and HTTP servers. Today all browsers and web servers use this technology.
David Bracciale
David Bracciale was born in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. During his 21 years at Autodesk he worked as a DevOps Engineer, Application Support & Business Intelligence Analyst specializing in CRM applications & Atlassian products, Cloud technology and distributed systems. David was one of the 4 people that created the Autodesk Developer Network CD Collection, distributed to more than 4,000 companies around the world.
Passionate about the new digital world he started his journey into the blockchain and decentralized architecture.
David takes great pride in providing the best support and solutions for his customers. He enjoys providing trainings on new technology and volunteering hours to local foundations helping young people prepare for their professional life.
